Freezable Salted Deep Fried Chicken Breast for Bento
- 1 Chicken breast
- 4 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 Frying oil
- 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Pepper
- 5 mm worth Grated garlic (tube)
- 1/4 tsp Grated ginger
- Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
- Put the chicken in a bowl and add in the seasoning ingredients.
- Rub them in.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes (if you have time, let them marinate for longer).
- Next, add in the katakuriko and mix with chopsticks and then deep fry in oil.
- Once it cools, put in a freezer bag and then put in the freezer.
- When you're going to put this in a bento, place what you're going to use on a heatproof plate and then thaw & heat up in the microwave.
