Pepper Steak Strips

  1. Marinate beef, drain well.
  2. Cover and microwave onion and margarine in 2-qt casserole on high (100%) 1 minute.
  3. Stir in bouquet sauce, tomatoes, and thyme.
  4. Mix in beef.
  5. Cover and microwave 8 minutes; stir.
  6. Microwave on medium (50%) 10 minutes.
  7. Shake flour and wine in tightly covered container.
  8. Stir into meat Mixture.
  9. Add pepper strips and mushrooms; mix into sauce.
  10. Cover and microwave until meat is tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
  11. Serve over hot Rice.
