Wet Burrito
- 3 lb. hamburger
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 jars Heinz brown gravy
- 1 medium green pepper
- 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 onion
- chopped lettuce and tomato
- soft tortillas
- chili powder to taste
- shredded cheese
- 1 can refried beans
- Brown hamburger and cumin; add green pepper, onion, chili powder and refried beans.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Heat enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and gravy.
- Put meat mixture, lettuce and tomato in soft shell and fold.
- Cover generously with heated sauce.
- Top with Longhorn or Cheddar shredded cheese.
- Microwave "One" for 45 seconds or bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 375u0b0 for 15 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream, black olives, avocado or onions on top.
