Pizza Bake
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning (or chili powder and oregano)
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can ripe pitted olives, drained and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Bisquick
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
- Cook sausage with onion and green pepper until brown.
- Drain fat.
- Stir in seasoning, tomato sauce, olives and 2 tablespoons Bisquick.
- Heat to boiling, stirring frequently for 1 minute.
- Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs together and pour over cheese.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
- Serves 6 to 8.
