spiced apple cider mop

• 2 cup apple cider
• 1/4 cup minced shallots
• 1 tbsp minced jalapenos peppers seeds removed
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp kosher salt
• 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1. put into a pot apple cider, cook until reduces to 1 cup add the rest of ingredients bring to boil at least 1 minute let cool put into refrigerator can be made ahead of time.
