Peppery Pecans
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 14-12 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 -2 dash pepper (I use cayenne)
- 2 cups pecan halves
- salt (to taste)
- In a skillet, melt butter.
- Add worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and pepper; stir to combine.
- Add in the pecans; stir to coat.
- Spread pecans on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 300 for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt if desired.
