Seafood Lasagna Ii Recipe
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 15 ounce. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. dry white wine
- 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, cleaned, cooked and cut in half
- 1 can (7 1/2 ounce.) crabmeat, liquid removed and flaked
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Boil noodles according to package directions.
- Saute/fry onion in butter.
- Add in cream cheese, Ricotta, basil, egg and pepper.
- Set side.
- Mix mushroom soup, wine, crab and shrimp.
- Layer 4 noodles on bottom of greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
- Layer 1/2 of cheese mix, 1/2 seafood mix, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and bake uncovered at 350 degrees 45 to 60 min.
- Top with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake 2 min more and let stand 15 min before cutting.
