Noodle Kregel

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Drain; rinse in cold water and drain again.
  3. Set aside.
  4. heat milk over medium heat in a 2-quart saucepan.
  5. Add cream cheese and 1/2 stick of margarine.
  6. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth.
  7. Remove from heat and allow to cool about 5 minutes.
  8. Then add sugar, oil and citrus peel.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Beat the eggs and stir into the cream sauce.
  11. Place the drained noodles into a large mixing container.
