Chicken Florentine Salad with Grains

  1. Layer all ingredients except dressing in 4 (24-oz.)
  2. clear plastic cups; cover with lids.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  4. Add 2 Tbsp.
  5. dressing to each cup just before serving; replace lid.
  6. Shake to evenly coat salad ingredients with dressing.
