Creme De Menthe Pie
- 24 OREO Cookies, crushed (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. creme de menthe
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side up 9-inch pie plate.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and creme de menthe with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Gently stir in whipped topping; pour into crust.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Top with chocolate curls, if desired.
- Makes 8 servings.
