Creme De Menthe Pie

  1. Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side up 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and creme de menthe with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Gently stir in whipped topping; pour into crust.
  4. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  5. Top with chocolate curls, if desired.
  6. Makes 8 servings.
