Roasted Potato Salad with Herbs

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place potatoes in rimmed baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 30 to 35 min.
  4. or until tender, stirring after 15 min.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  6. Add potatoes; mix lightly.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour.
