Easy Cheesy Potatoes
- 6 potatoes, skins on
- 12 cup butter
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- Boil potatoes with the skins on, cool.
- Cut into cubes and put in a 9 x 13 pan.
- Melt butter and pour over potatoes.
- Cut up Velveeta cheese and put on top of potatoes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with Cornflake crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
