Simple Napolitan
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 60 grams Wiener sausages
- 1/4 Onion
- 100 ml Green peas
- 1 tbsp Butter (or margarine)
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Grated cheese
- 4 tbsp Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- Slice the onion into thin wedges and dice the sausages.
- Set aside.
- As for the green peas, you can use them frozen, which is what I do.
- Heat butter in a pan and add all the materials from Step 1.
- Cook on medium heat until the onions become wilted.
- Mix the ingredients in A and add to the pan.
- Boil for about 30 seconds, then add the al dente pasta.
- Flavor with salt and pepper and you're done.
- Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
