Simple Napolitan

  1. Slice the onion into thin wedges and dice the sausages.
  2. Set aside.
  3. As for the green peas, you can use them frozen, which is what I do.
  4. Heat butter in a pan and add all the materials from Step 1.
  5. Cook on medium heat until the onions become wilted.
  6. Mix the ingredients in A and add to the pan.
  7. Boil for about 30 seconds, then add the al dente pasta.
  8. Flavor with salt and pepper and you're done.
  9. Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
