Bean Side Dishes Recipe

  1. In large saucepan cook noodles in boiling salted water for about 10 min.
  2. Drain well, and keep hot.
  3. Drain 3 bean salad, reserving liquid.
  4. In small saucepan, combine sugar and corn starch; add in reserved bean liquid and the vinegar.
  5. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 2 min more.
  6. Arrange noodles on serving platter.
  7. Top with the bean mix.
  8. Garnish platter with bacon curls.
  9. To serve, toss together the bean mix and noodles.
