Best Ever Corn Bread Recipe
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. yellow corn meal
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cube soft butter
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix Bisquick, sugar, corn meal and baking pwdr with a fork.
- Set aside.
- Slightly beat Large eggs, butter, and evaporated lowfat milk.
- Add in to the Bisquick mix and stir only till dry ingredients are moistened.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 min.
- Cut and serve warm.
- Delicious with homemade chili or possibly soup on a cool day.
