Stuffed Shells

  1. Cook shells in boiling salted water according to package directions until tender but still firm; drain.
  2. Meanwhile beat egg in a medium-size bowl.
  3. Stir in cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, the turkey ham, parsley, oregano and pepper.
  4. Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce over bottom of an 11 1/2 x 7 3/4-inch baking dish.
  5. Spoon about 2 tablespoons cottage cheese mixture into each shell.
  6. Arrange in baking dish in single layer.
  7. Top with remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake at 400u0b0 for 1/2 hour.
  9. Take out of oven; sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Let stand uncovered 7 minutes to melt cheese.
