Dilly Carrots

  1. Place the smashed garlic cloves, fresh dill, sea salt and carrots into a 1-quart mason jar (or other quart sized container with a lid that fits snugly).
  2. Fill to within one inch of the top with filtered water.
  3. Place at room temperature for up to four days.
  4. Then refrigerate for up to 10 months!
