Dilly Carrots
- 3 cloves Garlic, Smashed
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill
- 2 Tablespoons Sea Salt
- 6 whole Carrots, Cut Into Two Inch Pieces
- Filtered Water
- Place the smashed garlic cloves, fresh dill, sea salt and carrots into a 1-quart mason jar (or other quart sized container with a lid that fits snugly).
- Fill to within one inch of the top with filtered water.
- Place at room temperature for up to four days.
- Then refrigerate for up to 10 months!
