Easy and Delicious! Black Sesame Pudding
- 1 tbsp Black sesame paste
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- Put the milk, black sesame paste, and sugar into a pot, and turn on the heat.
- Simmer until the sugar and black sesame paste are dissolved.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool.
- Add the beaten egg, strain, and pour the mixture into heatproof serving bowls.
- Steam the pudding in a frying pan for about 15 minutes over low heat with a lid on.
