Easy and Delicious! Black Sesame Pudding

  1. Put the milk, black sesame paste, and sugar into a pot, and turn on the heat.
  2. Simmer until the sugar and black sesame paste are dissolved.
  3. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
  4. Add the beaten egg, strain, and pour the mixture into heatproof serving bowls.
  5. Steam the pudding in a frying pan for about 15 minutes over low heat with a lid on.
