Rummed Crab Spread
- 1 can (6-1/2 oz.) crab meat, drained and flaked
- 1 tbsp. capers
- 2 eggs, hardboiled, quartered
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Start at slow speed and increase to high.
- Serve as a spread with crackers or thin toast fingers.
