Wagonwheel Stew Recipe

  1. Coat beef cubes in flour, salt and pepper.
  2. In large pan, brown meat and garlic in oil.
  3. Stir in water, tomatoes, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire, onions and bay leaf.
  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hrs.
  5. Remove bay leaf.
  6. Add in carrots, celery, and pasta.
  7. Cover and simmer 30-40 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.
  8. Serves 4-6.
