Ice Wine Whipped Cream

• 8 oz heavy whipping cream
• 2 tbsp Canadian Ice Wine
• 1 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp super finely diced green apple

1. Add cream, wine and sugar to large bowl.
2. Mix with hand mixer on HIGH until desired peaks appear.
3. Add apple pieces and mix with spoon until evenly distributed.
4. Garnish with mint leaf or green apple wedge.
