Grilled Jalapeno Buffalo Burgers

  1. Prepare Hot Chile Sauce and set aside.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients.
  3. Shape into 6 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Brush grill with vegetable oil.
  5. Grill patties about 4 inches from the coals, turning once, until they are done to your taste, 4 to 6 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
  6. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato slices if desired.
