After School Muscle Builder Wraps

  1. If you purchased uncooked tortillas, cook first.
  2. Spread the dip on the tortilla.
  3. Layer the meat, cheese, and vegetables on top of the dip.
  4. Roll.
  5. Slice into 4-5 pieces on an angle, so they are finger food size.
  6. Serve to your kids with a side of fruit or another healthy side.
