Pork Shoulder Hawaiian
- 1 12 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed of all fat and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 cup water
- 14 cup sherry wine
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 34 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon artificial sweetener
- Lightly brown pork in a non-stick skillet.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour into slow cooker, stir well.
- Stir in pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
