Sunny Strawberry Milk Shake

• 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
• 1 cup reduced-fat (2%) milk
• 1/4 cup soft tofu
• 1 Tbs. frozen orange juice concentrate
• 1 Tbs. ground flaxseeds or Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts, optional

1. Place all ingredients, in order, in blender.
2. Whirl until smooth and frothy.
3. Pour into tall glass, and drink immediately.
