Basil Pork Chops with Mac & Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 4 bone-in pork chops (1-1/4 lb.) Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed, drained
- Mix dressing and basil; pour over chops.
- Turn to evenly coat chops.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade.
- Cook chops in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or until done (145 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, prepare Dinner as directed on package, and add peas and carrots.
- Remove chops from heat.
- Let stand 3 min.
- before serving with the Dinner.
