Chilled Blueberry Soup

  1. Heat jam over low heat in a medium sauce pan until melted.
  2. Transfer jam to a medium bowl.
  3. Add cream, wine, lemon juice, vanilla and water.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Chill soup.
  6. Just before serving, garnish with sour cream and fresh mint.
