Roast Beef & Swiss Cheese Melt
- 2 Tablespoons Softened Butter
- 2 slices Bread
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Prepared Horseradish
- 3 ounces, weight Deli Style-Sliced Roast Beef
- 2 slices Deli-Style Sliced Swiss Cheese
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Heat a grill or griddle pan and add one slice of buttered bread (butter side down).
- Spread evenly with mustard and horseradish, then top with roast beef and cheese.
- Cover with the other slice of bread butter side up and cook 23 minutes.
- Flip and cook 24 minutes to brown and melt cheese.
- Wonderful served with a side dish of potato salad or cole slaw and a dill pickle.
- Perfect lunch for one!
