Sesame Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons red miso
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- In a bowl, whisk the vinegar with the water, tahini, miso, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger and garlic.
- Gradually add the oil, whisking constantly until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve or refrigerate.
