Cold Brew Iced Coffee

  1. Stir together ground coffee and water.
  2. Cover; let stand at room temperature 24 hours.
  3. Strain coffee grounds through cheesecloth-lined sieve.
  4. Squeeze grounds to remove all liquid.
  5. Dilute 1/4 cup coffee concentrate with 3/4 cup milk.
  6. Serve over ice.
