Dieter's Okara Omurice
- 200 grams Hot cooked white rice
- 150 grams Fresh okara
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Green peppers
- 5 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Soup stock granules
- 50 ml Water
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Butter
- Dry-roast the okara in a frying pan.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan.
- Saute the minced onion and green peppers.
- When cooked, add 2/3 of the okara into the frying pan and stir-fry quickly.
- Add water, soup stock granules and the ketchup.
- If it's too dry, add some soup stock dissolved in water.
- If it tastes too plain, add more ketchup.
- Beat the eggs.
- Mix in the rest of the okara, salt and pepper.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the egg.
- Slide the omelet onto the ketchup rice to finish.
