Dieter's Okara Omurice

  1. Dry-roast the okara in a frying pan.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
  3. Saute the minced onion and green peppers.
  4. When cooked, add 2/3 of the okara into the frying pan and stir-fry quickly.
  5. Add water, soup stock granules and the ketchup.
  6. If it's too dry, add some soup stock dissolved in water.
  7. If it tastes too plain, add more ketchup.
  8. Beat the eggs.
  9. Mix in the rest of the okara, salt and pepper.
  10. Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the egg.
  11. Slide the omelet onto the ketchup rice to finish.
