Egg Fu Young Recipe

  1. Fry vegetables in a small amount of oil till almost done.
  2. Cold then fold in Large eggs.
  3. Heat pan with oil and fry half the mix at a time.
  4. Cook as you would for pancakes on high and then medium heat.
  5. If you wish to have gravy make it with soup stock just like always.
  6. Put Large eggs on platter and pour gravy over just before serving or possibly just pour oyster sauce or possibly soy sauce over omelette.
