Beer And Brown Sugar Ribeye Steak

  1. Whisk together first 3 ingredients in a large shallow dish or zip-top plastic freezer bag.
  2. Add steaks, turning to coat.
  3. Cover or seal, and chill 24 hours, turning once.
  4. Preheat grill to 350 to 400 (medium-high) heat.
  5. Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade.
  6. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
  7. Grill, covered with grill lid, 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
  8. Remove from grill, and let stand 5 minutes.
