Broccoli And Cheese Casserole
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli (chopped or spears)
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 (4 oz.) bag shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- dash of black pepper
- 1 small onion, grated or chopped (optional)
- Grease casserole dish with margarine or butter.
- In a bowl mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion and 1/2 cheese.
- Cook your broccoli according to the directions on the package.
- Add broccoli to the mixture in the bowl, add pepper.
- Pour the mixture in casserole dish.
- Sprinkle other 1/2 cheese on top.
- Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan.
- Mix the stuffing with the butter.
- Pour stuffing over mixture in dish and spread.
- Cook, covered, in a 350u0b0 oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
