Chocolate Bread Pudding

• 1 pkg. (9 oz.) STELLA D'ORO CHOCOLATE BREAKFAST TREATS Cookies, broken in half
• 4 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups chocolate milk
• 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Place cookie pieces in lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
3. Coarsely chop 3 of the chocolate squares; sprinkle over cookie pieces.
4. Beat eggs and milk with wire whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in loaf pan.
5. Bake 45 to 50 min.
6. or until center is set.
7. Meanwhile, make chocolate curls from the remaining chocolate square.

9. Arrange chocolate curls over warm pudding; top with the whipped topping.
10. Store leftover pudding in refrigerator.
