Kjodboller - Appetizer Meat Balls
- 12 cup breadcrumbs (fine, dry)
- 12 cup cream
- 12 lb beef
- 14 lb veal
- 14 lb pork
- 12 cup milk
- 23 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 13 teaspoon pepper
- 18 teaspoon allspice
- 4 tablespoons fat
- Soak crumbs in cream.
- Grind meat together three times, using fine blade.
- Combine all ingredients except fat and mix well.
- Shape into small balls and brown in hot fat.
