No Fuss Chicken

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sage, basil and seasoned salt.
  2. Coat each breast in the flour mixture and reserve remaining flour.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter; brown the chicken on all sides.
  4. Transfer to a slow cooker.
  5. Add 1/4 cup reserved flour mixture to the skillet and stir into butter until smooth.
  6. When the mixture begins to bubble, stir in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  7. Boil for 1 minute.
  8. Pour over the chicken.
  9. Cover and cook on high for 2-2 1/2 hours or on low for 4 hours.
  10. Serve over rice.
