Oatmeal Scotchies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in large mixing bowl, gradually beat in the flour mixture.
  5. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes, remove to wire rack to cool completely.
