Grilled Stuffed Tomatoes

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut thin slice off top of each tomato; reserve tops.
  3. Scoop out centres, leaving 1/2-inch-thick shells.
  4. Place removed pulp in large skillet.
  5. Stir dressing into pulp; cook on high heat 2 min.
  6. or until mixture is reduced by half.
  7. Add spinach and corn; cook and stir 2 min.
  8. or until corn is crisp-tender.
  9. Spoon into tomato shells; top with cream cheese product.
  10. Spray barbecue grate with cooking spray.
  11. Grill tomatoes and reserved tops 3 to 5 min.
  12. or until heated through.
  13. Serve stuffed tomatoes with the tops.
