Grilled Stuffed Tomatoes
- 6 tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 2 cups tightly packed chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels
- 6 Tbsp. Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Cut thin slice off top of each tomato; reserve tops.
- Scoop out centres, leaving 1/2-inch-thick shells.
- Place removed pulp in large skillet.
- Stir dressing into pulp; cook on high heat 2 min.
- or until mixture is reduced by half.
- Add spinach and corn; cook and stir 2 min.
- or until corn is crisp-tender.
- Spoon into tomato shells; top with cream cheese product.
- Spray barbecue grate with cooking spray.
- Grill tomatoes and reserved tops 3 to 5 min.
- or until heated through.
- Serve stuffed tomatoes with the tops.
