Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

• 4 Large eggs, beaten
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 tbsp. vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cans canned lowfat milk
• 1/2 pt. whipping cream
• 1 quart. Half and half
• Approximately 1 quart. sweet lowfat milk

1. Beat all ingredients together well except lowfat milk.
2. Pour into freezer.
3. It will only be about 1/2 full.
4. Add in sufficient sweet lowfat milk to make 2/3 full.
5. Serves 10 to 12.
