Turkey Vegetable Soup Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients in large Dutch oven.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 2 hrs.
  4. Remove turkey; let cold.
  5. Bone turkey and chop meat; return to soup.
  6. Reheat if necessary.
