Muhammara

  1. Preheat oven to 190degrees celsius.
  2. Clean out bell peppers and chop into pieces.Chop chilli into pieces.
  3. Combine peppers,chilli and 4tbsp olive oil.
  4. Roast for 40 mins, stirring twice.
  5. Let cool and then blend.
  6. To blended mixture, add garlic, nuts, crumbs, molasses,salt, molasses and cumin.
  7. Blend again, and serve with olive oil drizzled on top.
