Dilled Sour Cream Salmon Potato Salad

• 8 small new potatoes, cooked & cubed
• 1 small salmon fillet, poached, cooled and flaked
• 12 pint sour cream
• 3 -4 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
• salt & pepper

1. Boil potatoes & cool.
2. (do not peel).
3. Put potatoes in bowl.
4. Mix all remaining ingredients except salmon .
5. Coat potatoes with dressing.
6. Gently fold in salmon.
7. Refrigerate.
