Chipotle & Cherry Slow Cooked Country Ribs

  1. In a sauce pan on medium heat, add cherry preserves and vegetable stock.
  2. Whisk to combine and set aside.
  3. Season ribs with salt and place into the slow cooker.
  4. Add chopped chipotle peppers, onions, and the cherry mixture.
  5. Stir gently, cover, and cook at medium for 6 hours, or on low for 8 hours.
  6. These will be so flavorful!
  7. We love to serve them with wild rice and roasted asparagus.
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container.
