Chipotle & Cherry Slow Cooked Country Ribs
- 5 pounds Country Style Ribs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Pure Cherry Preserves (not Jelly, Not Jam)
- 1 cup Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
- 2 Tablespoons Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce, Chopped
- 1 whole Yellow Onion, Sliced
- In a sauce pan on medium heat, add cherry preserves and vegetable stock.
- Whisk to combine and set aside.
- Season ribs with salt and place into the slow cooker.
- Add chopped chipotle peppers, onions, and the cherry mixture.
- Stir gently, cover, and cook at medium for 6 hours, or on low for 8 hours.
- These will be so flavorful!
- We love to serve them with wild rice and roasted asparagus.
- Enjoy!
- Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container.
