Layered Crabmeat Salad

  1. Combine mayonnaise, green onions and mustard; set aside.
  2. In a 3-quart serving bowl layer lettuce, shells, cucumber, tomatoes, crabmeat or tuna and peas.
  3. Spread salad dressing mixture over top, sealing to edge of bowl.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and cover.
  5. Chill several hours or overnight.
  6. Toss and serve.
  7. This is a wonderful "lite" meal, especially in the summer.
