Borden Holiday Egg Nog Pie Recipe
- 2 Packages sm., Jello vanilla pudding
- 2 c. Borden Egg Nog
- 1 tbsp. light rum
- 1 baked 9 inch pie shell, cooled
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
- Dream Whip whipped topping
- Combine pudding mix, egg nog, lowfat milk and nutmeg in a saucepan.
- Cook and stir over medium heat till mix comes to a full bubbling boil.
- Remove from heat, add in rum and cold 5 min, stirring twice.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Cover surface of filling with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerateat least 3 hrs.
- Garnish with whipped topping and grnd nutmeg or possibly minced candied fruits or possibly pecans.
