Easy Cheesy Vegie Pourover
- 600g mixed vegetables eg. baby squash, zucchini, baby carrots, asparagus, beans, baby corn, cauliflower, broccoli
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Light Cheddar Cheese Spread
- 1/4 cup milk
- BOIL, steam or microwave the vegetables until tender.
- COMBINE the cheese spread and the milk in a heatproof jug then Microwave on HIGH for 30 -60 seconds, stir until smooth.
- ARRANGE vegetables onto serving plates then drizzle with cheese sauce.
- Serve immediately
