Chicken Florentine Recipe
- 1 lg. pkg. (or possibly 2 10 ounce.) spinach, cooked
- 2 c. cooked chicken (boil 1 hour), cut into sm. pcs
- 4 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Corn flakes
- Cook spinach and place in bottom of casserole dish.
- Place cooked chicken on top of spinach.
- Heat together: Cream cheese Lowfat milk Parmesan cheese
- Pour mix over chicken.
- Cover with corn flakes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
