Chicken Florentine Recipe

  1. Cook spinach and place in bottom of casserole dish.
  2. Place cooked chicken on top of spinach.
  3. Heat together: Cream cheese Lowfat milk Parmesan cheese
  4. Pour mix over chicken.
  5. Cover with corn flakes.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
