Italian Beef And Peppers

  1. Cut partially frozen steak against the grain in paper thin slices.
  2. Heat olive oil until very hot in a large skillet or wok. Stir-fry steak over high heat (it will be done in about 60 seconds).
  3. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and stir-fry garlic, onion and peppers for several minutes until crisp.
  5. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and oregano; cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Return meat to pan, add parsley and season to taste with herb salt and pepper.
  7. Cook until the meat is heated through.
  8. Serve with rice or buttered noodles.
