Short Ribs In Brown Gravy Recipe
- 2 lbs. beef short ribs (cut into servings)
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. water
- 1 onion, sliced
- Brown short ribs on all sides in warm oil in skillet.
- Add in salt, pepper, water and onion.
- Cover tightly.
- Simmer for 2 hrs.
- Combine 1 Tbsp.
- flour, 1/4 c. water.
- Stir into broth around ribs and boil for a couple of min.
- Serves 4.
