Short Ribs In Brown Gravy Recipe

  1. Brown short ribs on all sides in warm oil in skillet.
  2. Add in salt, pepper, water and onion.
  3. Cover tightly.
  4. Simmer for 2 hrs.
  5. Combine 1 Tbsp.
  6. flour, 1/4 c. water.
  7. Stir into broth around ribs and boil for a couple of min.
  8. Serves 4.
